Abstract

   Voluntary work is one of the most important means used to promote societies nowadays. In all countries of the world, whether in developed or developing countries, there is a tendency for the participation of civil society with governments to meet the requirements of their members. The development process is a multifaceted process. Civil society organizations are an important partner that cannot be overlooked in the development process. They play the role of mediator between the individual and the state.

 یعتبر العمل التطوعی من أهم الوسائل المستخدمة للنهوض بالمجتمعات فی العصر الحالى، ففى کل دول العالم سواء فی الدول المتقدمة أو النامیة یوجد اتجاه بضرورة مشارکة المجتمع المدنى مع الحکومات لتلبیة متطلبات افرادها، وتعتبر عملیة التنمیة عملیة متعددة الجوانب لذلک تعد منظمات المجتمع المدنى شریک هام لا یمکن إغفاله فی عملیة التنمیة ، فهى تلعب دور الوسیط بین الفرد والدولة.
