The Economics of Broiler Chicken Production in Sohag Governorate

Abstract

Among the most important results that were reached is that when studying the number of broiler chicken projects in Egypt during the study period, the number of broiler chicken projects in Egypt ranged between increase and decrease, as the minimum amount reached about 12838 projects, and the maximum amount reached about 22962 projects. Egypt between increase and decrease, as the minimum amounted to about 17451 projects and the maximum amounted to about 32132 projects, and by studying the total capacity of broiler chicken farms, the total capacity of broiler farms in Egypt ranged between increase and decrease, as the minimum amounted to about 508 million chickens, and the maximum amount reached about 1396 million chickens.
By studying the number of broiler chicken projects in Sohag governorate, it ranged between increase and decrease, as the minimum amount reached about 162 projects and the maximum amount reached about 680 projects. By studying the numbers of broiler chicken wings in Sohag governorate, they ranged between increase and decrease, with a minimum of about 180 projects and a maximum of about 702 projects. And by studying the total capacity of broiler chicken farms in Sohag governorate, it ranged between increase and decrease, as the minimum amount reached about 3.72 million chickens, and the maximum amount reached about 15.17 million.
Accordingly, the research recommends working to provide fodder at reasonable prices and high quality, encouraging the establishment of farms with small production capacities, with the need to pay attention to veterinary care.

عند دراسة اعداد مشروعات دجاج التسمين في مصر خلال فترة الدراسة تراوحت اعداد مشروعات دجاج التسمين في مصر بين الزيادة والنقص بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 12838 مشروع، وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 22962 مشروع، وبدراسة اعداد عنابر دجاج التسمين في مصر بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 17451 مشروع وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 32132 مشروع، وبدراسة الطاقة الفعلية لمزارع دجاج التسمين في مصر بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 342 مليون دجاجة وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 732 مليون دجاجة. وبدراسة الكفاءة الانتاجية لمزارع دجاج التسمين في مصر بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 37.24 وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 73.28 خلال فترة الدراسة.
بدراسة اعداد مشروعات دجاج التسمين في محافظة سوهاج بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 162 مشروع وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 680 مشروع. بدراسة اعداد عنابر دجاج التسمين في محافظة سوهاج بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 180 مشروع وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 702 مشروع. وبدراسة الطاقة الفعلية لمزارع دجاج التسمين في محافظة سوهاج بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 1.44 مليون دجاجة في عام 2007، وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 10.84 مليون دجاجة. بدراسة الكفاءة الانتاجية لمزارع دجاج التسمين في محافظة سوهاج بلغ الحد الأدنى حوالي 12.85، وحد أعلى بلغ حوالي 88.81 في عام 2010.
يوصى البحث بالعمل على توفير الاعلاف بالأسعار المناسبة والجودة العالية، تشجيع إنشاء مزارع ذات سعات إنتاجية صغيرة مع ضرورة الاهتمام بالرعاية البيطرية، توفير مجازر الية وثلاجات لحفظ المنتجات وسهولة تسويقها في المحافظات المختلفة، ضرورة إخضاع الأدوية البيطرية للرقابة لمنع الغش ومراقبة اسعارها، متابعة الاسعار والحد من التذبذب فيها لتقليل الاضرار الناجمة عن التقلبات السعرية، فضلاً عن تقديم الدعم للمنتجين عن طريق تقديم القروض الميسرة ودعم الاعلاف والاعفاء الضريبي.
