Abstract

The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of supplement enzyme mixture for local ewes and rams on nutrients digestibility coefficients, rumen fluid parameter, milk production, some blood plasma parameters and lambs performance. Twenty-one of pregnant ewes at the last sixty days of pregnancy were divided into three groups (seven ewes each), according to their average live body weight. the treatment groups were control or basal diet without enzyme additives, the second (T1) and third (T2) groups animals received basal diet with 30 and 60 g enzyme mixture /100 kg concentrate feed mixture (CFM) , respectively. The experimental period lasted for three months after lambing. Results showed that the enzyme mixtures supplementation to ewes diets did not affect on nutrient digestibility and nutritive values of exponential diets. The average milk yield during lactation period was higher (P<0.05) in T1 than other groups. However, no significant differences were detected between T1 and T2, or between T2 and control groups. Milk fat was increased (P< 0.05) with supplement the low level of enzyme mixtures as compared with the highest one. Ruminal total volatile fatty acids (TVFA's) were higher in T1 than other groups. Also, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) was higher (P<0.05) for treated groups than control one. تهدف هذه الدراسة فى تأثيرإضافة مخلوط الأنزيمات للنعاج والكباش المحلية علي كفاءة هضم الغذاء ومقاييس سائل الكرش وإنتاج اللبن وتركيبه وبعض مقاييس الدم بالإضافة الي أداء الحملان. استخدمت في هذه الدراسة 21 نعجة عشار وقبل شهرين من الولادة المتوقعة قسمت عشوائياً الي 3 مجاميع متساوية طبقا لمتوسط وزن الجسم بكل مجموعة 7 نعاج:
مجموعة المقارنة (الكنترول) غذيت بمخلوط العلف المركز (عليقة اساسية) بدون إضافة مخلوط الانزيمات.المجموعة الثانية (T1) والثالثة (T2) غذيت بالعليقة الاساسية بالاضافة الي 30 و60 جرام مخلوط أنزيمات لكل 100كجم علف مركزمخلوط علي التوالي، واستمرت لمدة 3 شهوربعد الولادة. أظهرت النتائج ان إضافة مخلوط الأنزيمات لم يؤثرعلي معاملات هضم مكونات الغذاء والقيم الغذائية للعلائق، متوسط إنتاج اللبن خلال فترة الرضاعة ارتفع معنوي (مستوي 5%) في المجموعة الثالثة (T2) مقارنة بالمجموعات الاخري ومع ذلك لم تكن هناك فروق معنوية بين (T2) و(T1) ، او بين (T1) والكنترول. النسبة المئوية لدهن اللبن زاد زيادة معنوية (مستوي 5%) مع إضافة المستوي المنخفض بمخلوط الانزيمات مقارنة بالمستوي العالي. الاحماض الدهنية الطيارة الكلية ارتفعت في المجموعة (T1) مقارنة بالمجاميع الاخري ، تركيز نيتروجين الامونيا للمجاميع المعاملة زاد معنوياً (مستوي 5%) مقارنة بمجموعة المقارنة.البروتين الكلي والجلوبيولين زاد زيادة معنوية (مستوي 5%) في المجموعة الثانية (T1) مقارنة بالمجموعة الثالثة (T2) ومجموعة المقارنة
