Structural Changes In Production Cost And Net Yield Per Feddan Of Potato Crop At The Level Of Minia Governorate

Abstract

The problem of the study is the need for foreign exchange to drive the development process . Potatoes in the Minya governorate represent one of the tributaries of the crop production in Egypt. Therefore, attention is required to analyze the productive and economic variables of the potato crop in the Minya governorate, the impact of production costs on them, and the possibility of increasing production to contribute to increasing exports of the potato crop.
Purpose Of The Study:
The study aims to identify the role of costs in the production of summer and Nile potato crops in Al-Manba governorate, by achieving the following objectives:
1. Quantitative measurement of the relationship between the cost of producing an acre and changes in its constituent items.
2. Quantitative measurement of the relationship between the net yield of an acre and changes in the factors affecting it.
1. The need for production requirements to be available in village banks and agricultural cooperative societies at affordable prices Suitable, which contributes to reducing production costs and thus increasing the net yield of the crop.
2. The use of modern methods in agriculture, which contributes to raising the efficiency of the performance of agricultural operations, which in turn leads to a reduction in costs, which provides an appropriate return for farmers.

يتضح إن التكاليف الكلية لإنتاج الفدان من محصول البطاطس بمحافظة المنيا ( العروة الصيفي ) تزداد تدريجيا خلال فترة الدراسة ( 2006 – 2020 ) حيث بلغت 7808 جنيهاً عام 2006 ، بينما صلت قيمتها 18260 جنيها عام 2020 وبزيادة قدرها 10452 جنيهاً تمثل حوالي 133 % مما كانت عليه عام 2006 والذي اتخذ أساسا للقياس كما يتضح من الأرقام القياسية بالجدول .
وبتقدير معادلة الاتجاه الزمني العام للتكاليف الكلية لإنتاج الفدان من محصول البطاطس بمحافظة المنيا ( العروة الصيفي ) خلال تلك الفترة يتبين إن التكاليف الكلية لمحصول البطاطس قد تزايده بمقدار سنوي معنوي إحصائي بلغ حوالي 832 جنيها إي ما يعادل حوالي 6.5 % من متوسط التكاليف خلال نفس الفترة كما تبين إن معامل التحديد بلغ حوالي 0.968 إي إن حوالي 96 % من التغيرات الحادثة في التكاليف ترجع تأثيرها لعنصر الزمن .
كما يتضح إن التكاليف الكلية لإنتاج الفدان من محصول البطاطس بمحافظة المنيا ( العروة النيلي ) تزداد تدريجيا خلال فترة الدراسة ( 2006 – 2020 ) حيث بلغت 5408 جنيهاً عام 2006 ، بينما صلت قيمتها 15000 جنيها عام 2020 وبزيادة قدرها 9592 جنيهاً تمثل حوالي 177 % مما كانت عليه عام 2006 والذي اتخذ أساسا للقياس كما يتضح من الأرقام القياسية بالجدول .
