Means of Developing the Technical Agricultural Education in Assiut Governorate

Abstract

Education is one of the main rights which we can't neglect it. That requires the fulfillment from various Educational Organizations. The human resources development is the best investment types. Man is the mean and aim of development. Education is main responsible for this achievement, also the technical education in general and the agricultural education in especially. Which are the basic recourses to support the society with labor powers which have specific skills that
Cope With the current age needs and abilities. Also, replies the quacked development Technology. The technical education has main roles to push the development process as considered as the pushing power to the production cycle. And the launch towards bright future that includes the coming generations and turns them into creating energy that supports the national economy.
The aim of this study is participating to work on develop and up to date the technical agricultural education through putting and  planning integrated educational  curriculums which are flexible and balanced that cope with  the modern technology and the job market matches the outcomes of national professional criteria. Which are related with the international criteria quality.

ان التعلیم حق من الحقوق الاساسیه لا یمکن التهاون فیه ویتطلب الوفاء به من قبل مؤسسات الدوله المختلفه. وتنمیة الموارد البشریة هو أفضل أنواع الاستثمار فالإنسان هو وسیلة التنمیة وغایتها والتعلیم هو المسئول الأول عن تحقیق ذلک والتعلیم الفنى بشکل عام والزراعى بشکل خاص هو المورد الأساسى لدعم المجتمع بقوى عاملة محصنة بمهارات خاصة تتفق واحتیاجات العصر وقدراته تتجاوب مع التطور المتسارع فى التکنولوجیا وللتعلیم الفنى دوره المحوری فى دفع مسیرة التنمیة باعتباره الطاقة المحرکة لعجلة الإنتاج والانطلاق نحو صناعة مستقبل أکثر إشراقا یستوعب الاجیال القادمة ویحولها إلى طاقات خلاقة داعمة للاقتصاد القومى والهدف من هذه الدراسه العمل على تطویر وتحدیث التعلیم الفنى الزراعى وذلک من خلال: وضع مناهج تعلیمیة متکاملة ومرنة تواکب المستجدات التقنیة واحتیاجات سوق العمل تتطابق مخرجاتها بمعاییر مهنیة وطنیة مرتبطة بالمعاییر الدولیة للجودة - إنشاء جهاز فنی متخصص یناط به تخطیط وتصمیم المناهج والخطط التدریبیة وکذا المتابعة والتقویم المستمر لبرامجه - الاهتمام بالبنیة المدرسیة والأعداد والتأهیل الجید لعضو هیئة التعلیم الزراعى ولذا شمل البحث جمیع المدارس الفنیه الزراعیه فى محافظه اسیوط وهى مدرسه اسیوط؛ ساحل سلیم ؛ ومدرسه القوصیه؛ ومدرسه دیروط؛ ومدرسه ابنوب؛ ومدرسه البدارى ومدرسه ابوتیج باستخدام استمارة استبیان من المبحوثین.
