Toward a Vision of Happiness Criterion Suits the Circumstances of the Egyptian Countryside

Abstract

Happiness is regarded as one of the most important goals that each individual seeks to achieve, but the feeling of it and expressing it differs from one individual to another, also the sources of happiness may vary from one individual to another, so self-assurance may be a source of happiness for one, moreover success is the top of happiness for  another individual, while feeling safe and secure is the same happiness for another individual, but happiness remains the top of human demands, and the extreme goals.
Happiness depends on what is known on the external conditions on the one hand and on the same personality on the other hand, and our interest in this research is focused on the external conditions in which man lives, As there are certain things that are indispensable to the happiness of most people, which are simple things but their availability represents happiness for individuals such as food, drinking, adequate housing, good health, feeling of safety, successful work and a clean environment.
Therefore, one of the objectives of the research was to define the indicators of happiness by listing the indicators of happiness that swit the global happiness report, identifying the personal, social and economic characteristics of the respondents, trying to make a measure of happiness appropriate to the conditions in the Egyptian countryside. And to achieve these objectives, Avillage was chosen from each of the following cities: assiut center, Abnob center, Abo-teeg, Al- Ghanaim and Manfalut. The data were collected using a questionnaire from the respondents.

تعد السعادة من أهم الاهداف التی یسعی کل فرد الی تحقیقها، ولکن یختلف الشعور بها، والتعبیر عنها من فرد الی اخر، کما ان مصادر السعادة قد تتباین من فرد الی اخر، فقد یکون تأکید الذات مصدر سعادة لفرد ما، بینما یکون النجاح قمة السعادة لدی فرد اخر، فی حین أن الشعور بالأمن والاطمئنان هما السعادة بعینها لدی فرد اخر، ولکن تبقی السعادة قمة مطالب  الانسان، وغایة الغایات.
وتعتمد السعادة کما هو معروف على الظروف الخارجیة من جهة وعلى ذات الشخصیة من جهة اخرى، وینصب اهتمامنا فی هذا البحث علی الظروف الخارجیة التی یعیش فیها الانسان، حیث ان هناک اشیاء معینة لا غنى عنها لسعادة معظم الناس، وهی اشیاء بسیطة ولکن توفرها یمثل سعادة للافراد مثل الاکل والشرب والمسکن الملائم والصحه الجیدة والشعور بالامان والعمل الناجح والبیئة النظیفة.
