Abstract

Emiratization is one of the social processes that some countries resort to achieve some social, economic and military objectives or a combination of some of these goals depending on how well the technical and social aspects of these communities are well planned Technical side is often given all the importance which causes these projects to fail to achieve their goals.

یعتبر التوطین احد العملیات الاجتماعیه التی تلجأ لها بعض الدول لتحقیق بعض الاهداف الاجتماعیه والاقتصادیه والعسکریه او خلیط من بعض هذه الاهداف ویتوقف ذلک علی مدی التخطیط الجید للجانبین الفنی والاجتماعی لهذه المجتمعات وغالبا ما یخظی الجانب الفنی بکل الاهمیه مما یسبب لهذه المشروعات الفشل فی تحقیق اهدافها .
