Abstract

Resulted in excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides different in agriculture to bring about serious damage resources of land and water and human resources in addition to the obstruction of Egyptian exports of agricultural crops to compete in the global market for non-compliance with international standards , and therefore has been denied a lot of messages exported to foreign markets , and as a result start attention in recent years agriculture vital for agricultural product is safe and healthy and free from agricultural chemicals and thus eligible measures SPS and then become Egyptian agricultural products competitive in world markets .

يعتبر القطاع الزراعى من أهم القطاعات الرائدة فى الإقتصاد القومى المصرى حيث يعمل من خلال إستراتيجيات متكاملة لتحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة والتى تتمشى مع المتطلبات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والسياسية ، مما يساع على رفع معدل النمو الزراعى من خلال العمل على تحسين وزيادة الانتاج المحصولية وزيادة الصادرات وزيادة رقعة الأراضي المستصلحة وتعظيم الإستفادة من المخلفات الزراعية وترشيد إستخدام الكيماويات الزراعية من أسمدة ومبيدات ومن ثم العمل على حماية البيئة من التلوث وتحقيق الأمن الغذائي الصحى فى مصر خالى من الكيماويات، وتتعرض التنمية الزراعية إلى بعض المفاهيم الحديثة فى البيئة ومن أهمها الزراعة النظيفة، والاهتمام بانتاج منتجات ذات جودة مرتفعة تتوافق واحتياجات السوق العالمى ولعل الاهتمام بالزراعة الحيوية يساعد على تحقيق هذا الهدف.
