Abstract

     The research aimed to identify the personal characteristics of extension personnel ‚ to identify the constrains faced the respondents that limit the use of bio-fertilizers ‚ the study also targeted to identify the attitudes of them towards the importance of using bio-fertilizers ‚ this research aimed also to determine the relationship between the independent studies variables and degree of respondent’s attitude towards importance of using bio-fertilizers , finally research determine the percentage of  the contribution of those variables that have significant relation in total interpretation of respondent’s attitude variance towards importance of using bio-fertilizers

  استهدف البحث بصفة رئيسية تحديد اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو أهمية استخدام المخصبات الحيوية ، والتعرف على الخصائص الشخصية للمبحوثين من العاملين بالجهاز الإرشادي ، كذلك تحديد العلاقة بين المتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة واتجاهات المبحوثين نحو أهمية استخدام المخصبات الحيوية ، استهدف البحث أيضا تحديد نسبة إسهام المتغيرات المستقلة ذات العلاقة ألارتباطيه المعنوية في التباين الكلى المفسر للتغير في اتجاهات المبحوثين نحو أهمية استخدام المخصبات الحيوية ، وأخيرا التعرف على المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام المخصبات الحيوية من وجهة نظر المبحوثين.
      وقد اجري البحث بمحافظة المنيا على عينة عشوائية من العاملين بالجهاز الإرشادي بلغت 142مبحوثا ، وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة بالمقابلة الشخصية مع المبحوثين خلال شهري أغسطس وسبتمبر 2012م باستخدام استمارة استبيان صممت لتحقيق أهداف البحث وسبق اختبارها مبدئيا .
