Abstract
The research aimed to determine the degree to which rural families carry out agricultural activities related to plant and animal production, and the relationship of the studied independent variables to the degree to which the studied families perform these activities, and the determinants of the studied families’ carrying out these activities. agricultural crops in the village, and data were collected in a personal interview with the respondents during the months of March and April 2021 AD, using a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose, and after collecting the data, it was unloaded and statistically analyzed and used for that frequency, percentages, weighted average, Pearson simple correlation coefficient, and regression coefficient.
The most important results were as follows:
More than half of the respondents (54.1%) have a high level of their families' agricultural activities related to plant production.
The majority of respondents (69.4%) have a high level of their families' agricultural activities related to animal production.
- It was found that there is a positive direct correlation between the following independent variables: age, number of family members, number of children working in agriculture, years of experience with agricultural work, size of agricultural holding, size of animal holding, and between the degree to which the family performs agricultural activities related to plant production, and agricultural activities related to production. animal.
- It was found that there are six variables that collectively contribute by 45.6% to explaining the total variance between the respondents in terms of the degree to which the family engages in agricultural activities as a whole. These determinants are: the size of the agricultural holding, the number of family members working in agriculture, the number of years of experience in agricultural work, the size of the animal holding, age, the number of agricultural workers family members.
Among the most important problems that affect the family's carrying out of agricultural activities are the lack of agricultural production requirements, their high prices, the difficulty of marketing agricultural crops, the high interest rate on loans, and the unavailability of veterinarians.

استهدف البحث تحديد درجة قيام الأسر الريفية بالأنشطة المزرعية الخاصة بالإنتاج النباتي والانتاج الحيواني، وعلاقة المتغيرات المستقلة المدروسة بدرجة قيام الأسر بهذه الانشطة، والمشكلات التي تحد من قيام الأسر بهذه الانشطة، وقد أجرى البحث بإحدى قرى مركز إيتاي البارود محافظة البحيرة على عينة بلغت 222 مبحوث من الحائزين لأراضي زراعية بالقرية، وجمعت البيانات بالمقابلة الشخصية مع المبحوثين ، مستخدما لذلك استمارة استبيان أعدت لهذا الغرض، وبعد جمع البيانات تم تفريغها وتحليلها احصائياً واستخدم لذلك التكرار والنسب المئوية والمتوسط المرجح، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون، ومعامل الانحدار.
وجاءت أهم النتائج على النحو التالي:
ما يزيد عن نصف المبحوثين (54.1%) مستوى قيام أسرهم بالأنشطة المزرعية الخاصة بالإنتاج النباتي مرتفع، غالبية المبحوثين (69.4%) مستوى قيام أسرهم بالأنشطة المزرعية الخاصة بالإنتاج الحيواني مرتفع، تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية بين المتغيرات المستقلة التالية: السن، عدد أفراد الأسرة، عدد الأبناء العاملين بالزراعة، سنوات الخبرة بالعمل الزراعي، حجم الحيازة الزراعية، حجم الحيازة الحيوانية، وبين درجة قيام الأسرة بالأنشطة المزرعية الخاصة بالإنتاج النباتي، والانشطة المزرعية الخاصة بالإنتاج الحيواني. تبين وجود ست متغيرات تسهم مجتمعه بنسبة 45.6% في تفسير التباين الكلى بين المبحوثين من حيث درجة قيام الأسرة بالأنشطة المزرعية إجمالاً وهذه المحددات هي: حجم الحيازة الزراعية، عدد أفراد الأسرة العاملين بالزراعة، عدد سنوات الخبرة بالعمل الزراعي، حجم الحيازة الحيوانية، السن، عدد أفراد الأسرة من أهم المشكلات التي تؤثر على قيام الأسرة بالأنشطة المزرعية عدم توفر مستلزمات الانتاج الزراعي، وارتفاع أسعارها، وصعوبة تسويق المحاصيل الزراعية، وارتفاع سعر الفائدة على القروض، وعدم توفر الاطباء البيطريين.
